Our Mission: Empowering the Next Generation of MedTech Leaders
At the ReAMA Lab, our mission is to pioneer the next generation of healthcare through bio-inspired soft robotics and advanced diagnostic systems. We believe that groundbreaking research and world-class education are inseparable; our lab serves as a living extension of the classroom.
By integrating our primary research into the University of York’s Biomedical Engineering curriculum, we provide students with the unique opportunity to transition from theoretical foundations to hands-on clinical innovation. Our team is a diverse collective of scholars and students dedicated to transforming complex engineering challenges into compassionate, human-centric medical solutions.
At the ReAMA Lab, our mission is to redefine the future of healthcare by bridging the gap between advanced soft robotics and real-world clinical applications, fostering a collaborative environment where research-led teaching empowers the next generation of medical innovators.
